2. Can I choose which costume or background to use?

Yes! We offer a curated collection of noble designs — from commanders to queens. Simply choose your favorite template when ordering. If you’re not sure, you can upload multiple pet photos and we’ll recommend the best match.

3. Can you include multiple pets in one portrait?

Absolutely! We offer multi-pet portraits for siblings or furry friends. Select the “Multiple Pets” option at checkout and upload individual photos. We’ll design a cohesive royal scene that includes all of them.

1. Will I see a preview of the artwork before it's printed?

Yes, always. Once our artists complete your pet’s royal portrait, we’ll send you a preview for approval. You can request changes or confirm it as-is before we move to printing. Nothing gets printed without your approval.

2. Can I request edits after seeing the preview?

Yes, of course. We want you to be 100% happy with your artwork. Minor adjustments — like head positioning, color correction, or blending tweaks — are included at no extra cost.

3. How long does the design process take?

It typically takes 2–4 business days to complete your artwork, depending on our order volume. During busy seasons like Christmas, it may take a bit longer — but we always aim for quick turnarounds without compromising quality.

1. Where do you ship from?

All our products are printed and shipped from the United States using trusted print-on-demand partners to ensure fast, high-quality fulfillment.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

After your final design approval, most products ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Canada: 7–10 business days

🎁 Christmas & Holiday Orders

1. Will my order arrive before Christmas?

To guarantee delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing your order no later than December 5th. This gives our artists enough time to design, get your approval, print, and ship your custom portrait. We’ll also clearly post Christmas cut-off dates on our website as the season approaches.

1. Can you recreate my pet from an older or low-quality photo?

We’ll always do our best! Our artists can often enhance older images with special editing techniques. However, for best results, we recommend clear, well-lit, close-up photos showing your pet’s full face and ears. If you're unsure, upload a few options and our team will help choose the best one.

2. Can I order a portrait as a pet memorial?

Absolutely. Many of our customers order custom portraits in memory of their beloved companions. It’s one of the most meaningful ways to celebrate your pet’s life and legacy.

💳 Returns & Refunds

1. Do you accept returns on custom portraits?

Because each portrait is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there’s a mistake or you’re unhappy with your artwork, we’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means adjustments or a reprint.

2. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement free of charge. Just email us photos of the issue and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
